I have seen some crazy stuff before, but this one is near the top. This guy climbs a 400 foot cliff in just a matter of minutes with no ropes or harnesses

Who thought it was a good idea to make a bridge out of cardboard?

Apparently Shigeru Ban did, and it worked. He made a bridge out of 1.5 tons of cardboard that can supposedly hold 20 people at a time

Earlier in February of this year, a giant sinkhole opened up in the middle of a Guatemala City. Here is an excerpt from the article followed by several pictures…scary…

————-

A 330-foot-deep sinkhole killed at least two teenagers as it swallowed about a dozen homes early Friday and forced the evacuation of nearly 1,000 people in a crowded Guatemala City neighborhood. Officials blamed the sinkhole on recent rains and an underground sewage flow from a ruptured main.

The pit emitted foul odors, loud noises and tremors, shaking the surrounding ground. A rush of water could be heard from its depths, and authorities feared it could widen or others could open up.

Rescue operations were on hold until a firefighter, suspended from a cable, could take video and photos above the hole and officials could use the documentation to decide how to proceed.

The door into a nuclear fallout shelter in Lucerne, Switzerland.

In the event of a nuclear strike, anyone seeking shelter in the bunker would have been decontaminated. Cold water would have been used to wash off radioactive particles.

Two main corridors connect every room in the bunker and serve to carry the sinister echoes that ring around the complex even when it is empty.
